Fernanda Castro (Your Facilitator) makes no promises, guarantees, representations and or warranties regarding medical diagnosis and or medical treatment, and are neither diagnosing, preventing, nor treating specific health challenges. Any modality of complementary medicine, QHHT facilitation, spiritual therapies, intuitive readings/counselling or any other service offered here are not a medical treatment or procedure, and is not a substitute for medical treatment. You are solely responsible for seeking your own medical advice and care.

In this sense, any products, resources (as freebies, blog posts, videos, and others) and services provided here are not a substitute for professional care. Readings, classes, sessions, printables, courses, events, and/or any other product or service by Fernanda Castro do not provide information meant to constitute legal, medical, psychological, business, or financial advice. 3. TERMS OF SERVICE

Disclaimer

Fernanda Castro (your facilitator) offers services by email, online or in-person in London with observation of the disclaimer and liability.

Consultation form

In all sessions involving Complementary Medicine is necessary the client fills a consultation form to give more detailed information about any medical conditions, allergies, lifestyle information, or any other relevant to performance the session. Without it, the facilitator holds the right to avoid providing the session without refund.

Right to refuse service

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has purchased a service or booked a session with us, please contact us. If we become aware that it happened, your facilitator will apply the right to refuse to perform the service.

Your facilitator reserves the right to not provide the service in case that it can be dangerous to the client´s or her health. In this case, the client will receive full refund, except if the information was not provided previously during the purchase or booking process.

Payments

It is only available as cash and in-person payments.

Recordings

We may, at your request and consent, provide you with a recording of your session. You are entitled to a copy of the audio recording. Before consenting to an audio recording, please go over any questions or concerns you may have with your facilitator. By commencing a session, you are consenting to the terms herein. Please be advised that you are not permitted to record the sessions in any way without permission from your facilitator. If you would like to record your session, please ask before doing so.

Reschedule, Delays, No-Shows, Cancellations & Refunds

To cancel or reschedule any appointment, please, get in contact at info@forgottenwisdom.co.uk. Please give the facilitator at least 48 hrs notice.

Delays

Please be advised that if you are not available for your session and we have not received at least 48 hours written notice of your intent to cancel, that your facilitator is unable to wait (or begin your session) any longer than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time.

Email and/or Phone Communication

Your facilitator does not hold responsibility for session tardiness resulting from typos or incorrect email addresses and/or phone numbers that you submit when you schedule your session. If your contact info changes before your session begins, you must update it getting in contact at info@forgottenwisdom.co.uk at least 24 hours before your session begins.

Ethic and Confidentiality

Your facilitator follows the code of ethic and privacy and guarantees a professional conduct and confidentiality of the information shared before, during and after your session.

There shall be no third party or public disclosure whether oral, written or via public, media, digital, blogs, posts and/or internet. Both parties agree that all topics and content discussed in a session are indeed private and confidential.

What type of information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect information by contact through email or phone to book a session , as well in-person through the consultation form.
